11 thg 1, 2020 · Hi all, I've recently delved down the path of getting a pi hole and trying to block off as many annoying ads as I can. I've run into a hurdle with the 9now android TV app, just wondering if anyone has successfully managed to block ads coming from it? Thanks for you help!

7 thg 12, 2024 · As this only occurred with 9NOW I assumed the problem lay with them. After a particularly bad session I performed a soft reset of the Sony (toggled mains power) and that temporarily fixed it.

20 thg 12, 2020 · I tried the 9Now tech support but they were unable to help, finally telling me to wait for an updated app to see if that fixed the problem. I have a phone which detects the correct region, but using it on my nVidia Shield gives me Sydney news, and the same on my Sony Android tv I've hunted through the settings, but haven't found anything there.
9 thg 8, 2019 · The 9Now iPhone app won't load videos when connected to ABB Wi-Fi. Was able to get around it by turning Wi-Fi off, starting the video on Telstra 4G and quickly turning Wi-Fi back on.
